Lovely kisskandy offers us some classy curves and makeup artistry all in one fascinating person!

What can you tell us about your background and ethnic heritage?

My mother's side of the family is a mix of African American and Caucasian and my father's side is African American and of Mediterranean decent and my great grandmother was Cherokee Indian.

So did you start out as a makeup artist first and model second? Or is it the other way around?

I started off as a model first and then after not being always able to afford a makeup artist at all of my photo shoots, it forced me to perfect and experiment on how skilled I really was lol. Makeup has become one of my passions as well as modeling and because I understand the struggles of being a model and some of the stresses of having the money to market one self, I offer quality work at negotiable and discounted prices.

Do you see a favorable trend towards curvy ladies in current photo assignments?

Yes I do and personally I love it!!!! Many people feel it's is hard to be skinny but I feel that it's even harder to be curvy because if you do not maintain your curves you could easily become very round, or even as my friends and I would refer to as "Spongebob" like.

What would you like people to learn from your modeling and MUA work? Is there some kind of impact you would appreciate leaving in the modeling industry?

The impact that I would like to leave is that anything is possible in this world and that once a person stops doubting his or herself that there are endless possibilities. If you want it make it yours and own it!

Do you think that a model doing too many nude projects risks being identified with such a label? What really convinces you to pose nude for someone?

Honestly I don't give into labels, I feel that if a model is comfortable in her own skin then more power to her as long as it is classy and still leaves enough to be imagined.

Which models are most inspirational to you, past and present?

Hmmmm that's an interesting question when I was a child I loved IMAN I felt that she owned her beauty and I admired that about her. Kimora is also a favorite as well and I cant leave out Taccora.

Is there a big modeling scene in Columbia, Maryland?

Not so much lol.

From your own experience, what are the best and worst behaviors that a photographer can have on a set?

Don't be creepy and make a model feel uncomfortable shooting with you. Also respect my time, I shouldn't have to be at a shoot all day or evening for two looks unless there is some extensive makeup and wardrobe lol.

Would you ever be interested in shooting fetish themes? Like wearing latex, rubber, leather... or even some bondage stuff?

Most definitely.
