Can you tell us a bit about your background?

My mother's side is French and my father's side is German. My last name is Everhart and there was actually a colony in Germany named Eberhart that my ancestors descended from. My nationality is European, but I was born and raised in a small town in the Southern United States. We didn't get our second stop light until I was 18 years old!

How did you start out in the fashion industry? Did you have other experiences besides being a model?

I have always loved fashion and spent my childhood drawing designs and playing elaborate games of "dress up." I worked in retail management for the past 4 years and focused on fashion merchandising. Now I am getting into styling and creative design of photo shoots and hope to become a wardrobe stylist by making connections in the industry through modeling and styling of my own photo shoots. My dream is to open a boutique with secondhand and vintage clothes that caters to people in the photography and film industry.

Why did you choose Mon Petite as your model name; if it's about your height, do you know that you look like 7 feet tall in some pics?

Haha I actually stand 4 feet 10 inches! I met Snooki from MTV's Jersey Shore and am just an inch taller than her! It is all about the fit of your clothes and the angles that you pose. I thought my height would be a disadvantage as a model, but it has actually become a plus because I fit so well in the frame of the camera. As for the name Mon Petite, I owe that all to my boyfriend! We met on Facebook and were friends for a year before ever hanging out in person. He would always send me sweet messages and refer to me as "Mon Petite" so when we started dating the nickname just sort of took off!

Regarding more erotic projects, do you draw the line towards certain type of visual themes?

I have only recently begun posing nude and in erotic shoots. I do not have a specific line that I draw, but I do prefer for the picture to be more artistic in nature. I believe the female form is something to be celebrated and you can most certainly show it off in a way that reflects class and elegance. Sometimes a woman is dominant and independent and sometimes she is vulnerable, I love to show all sides of a female's persona. I have been told by photographers that I appear more comfortable and at ease posing nude then fully clothed, which is kind of ironic given my love of fashion!

What was your biggest challenge during a photo shoot, was there ever a time when you said to yourself What am I doing here?

I have learned that every photographer is different in what they expect from a model. Some of them are technical and will tell you step by step how they want you and some just leave it all up to you! My biggest challenge starting out was knowing what to do with my hands. I had a tendency to hold them awkwardly. As I get more into this, I am focusing on building more facial expressions. It helps to study pictures that you love and get ideas for poses. I also like to play music at shoots to help set the mood and tone of the scene. I want every picture to tell a story and evoke emotion!

Do you go through a strict gym/diet routine or are you just one of the blessed who can stuff herself with anything and still look spectacular?

I eat like a truck driver! My boyfriend tells me all the time I should be a professional eater. He is 6'3" and I am always stealing food off of his plate! As for the gym, I go through phases. There are months I hit it every day and then times I get lazy. When I do go, though I love the feeling it gives me after. Modeling can be a workout in itself though if you do it right! Some of those poses are not easy to hold for extended periods of time!

What's you favorite part of your body and do you think that your fans agree with your choice? (BTW we think you have a magnificent nose!!!)

Thank you! I was actually born with a cleft lip and palate birth defect, so my nose is not symmetrical. Growing up I never thought of myself as "model material" for this reason, but I have found that a lot of photographers are fond of it because it gives me a unique look. I am partial to my eyes and, of course, my butt which I think fans tend to agree with!

Would you ever be interested in shooting fetish themes? Like wearing latex, rubber, leather... or even to be tied up for a bondage shoot?

I am definitely interested in fetish shoots. I am working on a concept now with Newsmaker Communications. It will depict me in various types of bondage scenarios. The set will be titled "Mon Petite: Tied and True." and will include poster sets and hopefully a hardcover book in the future!

How come there's no official website yet? Anything we can do to help?

I am actually working on a website currently and hoping to get it up and running within a few weeks. This is still all very new to me so I would gladly take any help you can offer!

Do you actually find time to relax? What are your favorite things to do when you're not on any assignments?

I am a workaholic by nature, so I have to force myself to slow down and "schedule" time to just relax and unwind. I do like to go out with friends and listen to live music or dance, but mostly I prefer to stay at home and watch a great movie, cook dinner with someone special and crack open a bottle of wine. I am hoping that I will get more time to travel in coming months as well.

Is there a vintage classical actress to you would like to portray for a photo assignment in the future? Or even a comic book heroine or popular fantasy character?

Oh there is a million! Of course, I love Marilyn Monroe, but my favorite has always been Natalie Wood. She was breathtaking to look at and a phenomenal actress! As for comic books, I am partial to Wonder Woman for her dark hair and curvy figure. I actually just created a character with Mark Bowers of Empty B Studios. She will be featured at the Killuride Film Festival at XCON Myrtle Beach, South Carolina Memorial Day Weekend. The movie is "The Zombie's Daughter" and I play cherry bomB, a sexy badass redhead who wrestles zombies! She has her own like page on Facebook and will hopefully have a website soon for more sexy, fetish pictures. I hope to evolve the character into an icon and eventually have her own comic books someday!
